Following the announcements by the government that churches can open for individual private prayer from 13th June, the Churchwardens have been working through the necessary steps to be taken before the churches can be open.

The following will open on a limited basis to start with:

St Mungo’s, Bromfield – Wednesdays 13.00-16.00

Christ Church, Silloth – Thursdays 9.30-11.30am & Saturdays 9.30-11.30am or by appointment with the churchwardens

The government has agreed that churches can open for funerals.  Only a limited number (maximum 30) of close family mourners will be able to attend.

We encourage you to continue your personal prayer and reflection, from your own home.
